Memorable, but the ECW guys actually invaded a WWF pay per view three years before, and took over a Raw. Plus the NWO was already an invasion. Memorable, but hardly ground breaking.
It was funny, but the NWO did it better a year earlier with the Four Horsemen parody.
This was a good feud, but the Hart Foundation were probably at their hottest in the Summer of 97 feuding with Austin. The Michaels/Hart feud is far more memorable than the DX/Hart feud.
Terrible tag team.
That pretty much describes all of wrestling during the late 90's. The Anti-hero was the cool thing in pop culture at that time.
Suck It? I mean it was big, but Austin and the Rock were catch phrase machines.
My opinion, DX was a complete rip off of the NWO. Shawn and Hunter were pissed they were left behind, and saw all of the stuff their buddies were getting away with down south.
