Have you enjoyed your time back on the Yellowstone ranch? That may as well be a rhetorical question, of course, you have. Created by Taylor Sheridan and John Linson, the American neo-western is one of the biggest shows on TV and it’s been astonishing to witness just how much its fandom has expanded over the years.

The show began premiering back in 2018, following the conflicts along the borders of a large cattle ranch, an Indian reservation, and land developers.

Since then, the scope and cast of the production have grown. Indeed, since season 5 began in November 2022 we’ve seen more and more exciting cameos demand our attention.

In the wake of the latest installment, some are even wondering if Dale Brisby is on Yellowstone…

Was Dale Brisby on Yellowstone?

Yes, Dale Brisby starred in Yellowstone season 5 episode 8, titled A Knife and No Coin, and the star has also confirmed on his Instagram that fans should look out for more cameos in the future

Fans spotted him doing his thing in the background of the mid-season finale.

The bull rider was also on the 2021 Netflix original series How to Be a Cowboy that was released in 2021. He starred in the project with J. B. Mauney, a fellow bull rider and close friend.

‘It’s gonna be bloody’

As we hit the middle point of the season, it’s interesting to cast our minds back to the interview Cole Hauser (Rip Wheeler) did with HALL Wines ahead of the premiere:

“Season Five is going to be wonderful. The way we ended season 4 – I can’t give too much away, but the way Season Four ends, I think the audience… will be happily surprised.”

He added that “it’s gonna be bloody,” and as things stand, we predict there are many explosive moments still due upon the series’ eventual return.
