UPDATE: In a post on the City’s Facebook page, Davenport announced the roadway is back open.

Rockingham Road is closed at South Concord Street in Davenport due to a snapped utility pole. Crews , in coordination with the Iowa Department of Transportation, are re-opening River Drive to Division Street.

Drivers are asked to take River Drive to Division Street if travelling east. Rockingham Road is expected to reopen later this evening.
