T20 World Cup 2024 Schedule, Date, Host Country, Teams, Venue

The 9th ICC T20 World Cup 2024 is just around the corner as ICC already locked the final venues. The 2024 T20 World Cup is set to move to ten ravishing venues in the Caribbean Islands, and USA.  For the first time, the USA is ready to host one of the biggest cricket events, the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024. 

The ICC selected the USA and West Indies as co-hosts for the T20 World Cup 2024. For this grand cricket event, three cities have been selected including, Florida, Dallas, and New York City from the USA.

Speaking of Co-host West Indies, there are seven beautiful Caribbean Islands that will host the ICC Global event including Antigua & Barbuda, Barbados, Dominica, Guyana, Saint Lucia, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, and Trinidad & Tobago.

The last ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2022 final match was between England and Pakistan played at the MCG in Melbourne, Australia. In this match, England defeated Pakistan by 5 wickets. 

There will be 20 teams in the T20 World Cup 2024. From these teams,12 teams have already secured their places in the top table. West Indies and USA teams are automatically selected as they are the host of the T20 World Cup 2024. Bangladesh and Afghanistan made it through the list based on their T20 rankings at the 14 November 2022 cut-off. The other eight teams will come from the different regions of Africa, Europe, and Europe, and battle for their position in the remaining group.
