Who Was Landin Kukla?

Landin was born on August 4, 2008. Landin was the kind of guy who would introduce himself to anyone he didn’t already know. He was quick with a joke and certain to put a grin on your face. He will be missed tremendously by his family.

Landin was a dedicated friend to many during his time as a student and horse rider at Bay City Western High School. Landin’s goal was to seek out excitement wherever he could find it, and he succeeded. He spent much of his day outside, wreaking havoc while he went hunting, fishing, and horseback riding.

Landin was pleased with himself for being able to “fix” anything, no matter how temporary the result. His cowboy boots were his daily companions, and they always left a clue as to his mischief. His positive outlook on life was universally praised by his loved ones.

Landin always took the lead in protecting the people he cared about, and as a result, he had a tight-knit network of cherished pals. He would spend the afternoons working out and tending to his horses, Junior and Ember. Taking care of his horses, goats, and dogs especially his dog Dexter, who was more of a brother than a pet was a regular part of his day as a member of Midland County 4-H.
