Janet Jackson’s scheduled June concert in the Quad Cities won’t happen as planned.   Jackson announced earlier this week that she’s postponing her tour to start a family. That means the June 2nd show at the iWireless center is off for now.
  It will be rescheduled for sometime next year. Anyone with tickets can get refunds starting Tuesday.
