How do you become a Raiderette cheerleader?

(NEXSTAR) – They don’t let everyone with a pom pom step on an NFL football field on Sunday.

The process of making an elite dance team like the Las Vegas Raiderettes can take years of training and a week of tryouts. Only the best of the best make the cut.

But for our Big Game Tailgate special, we had about 30 minutes to learn to “pop it” and do a “big rally” cheer like the pros. You can check out our results in the video above.
