Santino already was involved with Maria last year when she posed for Playboy. Not exactly breaking new ground if they did it again.
While I certainly wouldn't mind seeing Beth pose, despite how she's not the diva I'd want to see the most, I highly doubt she'll be the one that does it. She's a heel. Playboy is always going to receive a pop. I'm still betting that Kelly does it and if she doesn't, then I have no clue who else would be up for it.
