Amy Liu biography
Amy Jing Liu serves as Secretary of the Company. Prior to this appointment and beginning in May 2009, Ms. Liu served as an independent financial advisor advising primarily mid to late-stage high growth companies listed on the U.S. or Hong Kong stock markets on business strategies, capital raising strategies, merger and acquisition opportunities, public offerings and investor communications. From October 2007 to April 2009, Ms. Liu was the chief financial officer of Hanwha Solarone Co., Ltd. (“Hanwha Solarone,” previously known as Solarfun Power Holdings Ltd.), a global supplier of PV cells and PV modules listed on the NASDAQ Global Market. Prior to joining Hanwha Solarone, Ms. Liu spent 13 years of her professional career serving in leadership positions at the Asia Pacific, Greater China or China offices of Thermo Fisher Scientific, DuPont, and Swire Coca-Cola. Ms. Liu graduated from China Nuclear Industrial University in 1994 with a major in statistics and received her MBA from Columbia Southern University. Ms. Liu is a certified accountant in China.
