2. Fanny Hands Road, Ludford, Lincolnshire

When this lane was first named Fanny Hand Lane, it was probably not a big deal, as fanny was often used to describe a person’s rear. But these days the word has a different meaning, making it a bit rude for a street sign.

3. Blood Street, Holbrook, Arizona
